Description of the HappyWelcome service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HappyWelcome is a solution for accommodation facilities that identifies guests and manages the automated submission of their data to the competent authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The service uses a Professional Smart Scanner connected to the front-desk computer and the HappyWelcome software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The system captures the data contained in identity documents and supports check-in procedures and data submission through the systems provided by the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"4-prodotti-disponibili\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">4. Available products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer may purchase the solutions available on the website, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">4.1 HappyWelcome Easy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HappyWelcome Easy is a hotel check-in management product based on a Professional Smart Scanner specifically designed for handling identity documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Its features include passport handling, RFID reading, cross-checks of the available data and automated data extraction from the document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dimensions: 17.8 \u00d7 25.5 \u00d7 5.5 cm.<br> Weight: 0.8 kg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">4.2 HappyWelcome Pro<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HappyWelcome Pro is a hotel check-in management product based on a Professional Smart Scanner able to read identity documents and documents up to A4 size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It provides automated data extraction and management and double-sided document scanning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dimensions: 10 \u00d7 33 \u00d7 6 cm.<br> Weight: 1 kg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The technical characteristics of the products are those stated in the relevant product pages published on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"5-compatibilita-con-gestionali-alberghieri\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">5. Compatibility with property management systems<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HappyWelcome also works without a property management system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where a management system is in place, the Smart Scanners may allow identity document data to be uploaded to it, subject to a technical feasibility check and confirmation by HappyWelcome technicians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any integrations or specific functionalities are therefore subject to prior verification of technical compatibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"6-personalizzazioni\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">6. Customisations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HappyWelcome can support the scanning of custom documents, including, by way of example, satisfaction surveys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any customisations beyond the standard functionalities of the service must be agreed in advance with the Customer and may be subject to a specific quotation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"7-prezzi\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">7. First installation service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer receives the HappyWelcome software and the related user manual in order to carry out the installation independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Technical support for the first installation is also available as an optional service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The service is provided by remote assistance and may include configuration support and, where applicable, personalised training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The related cost, where applicable, is the one shown on the website at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"12-garanzia\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">12. Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-white-background-color has-background has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-26833b27 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"border-radius:20px;padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Smart Scanner is covered by a warranty of <strong>12 months from the date of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The warranty covers Smart Scanner faults under the conditions applicable to the supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following cases, among others, are excluded:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><p>breakage of the chassis due to inexperience or misuse;<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p>burn-out of the electronic board caused by incorrect power supply;<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p>malfunctions due to lack of routine maintenance;<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p>natural wear of mechanical components due to intensive use and to exceeding the expected life cycle of the Smart Scanner;<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p>missing or altered original bancor labels bearing the serial numbers.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"13-servizio-di-manutenzione\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">13. Maintenance service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The maintenance service is intended to ensure the operation and updating of the system from a technical and regulatory standpoint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The service includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><p>data submission service to the Alloggiati Portal and, where applicable, Ross1000;<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p>software updates due to any regulatory and\/or technical changes;<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p>hardware maintenance.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"14-costo-e-rinnovo-del-servizio-di-manutenzione\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">14. Cost and renewal of the maintenance service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-white-background-color has-background has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-26833b27 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"border-radius:20px;padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The maintenance service is <strong>free for the first year after purchase<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From the second year, the maintenance service has an <strong>annual cost of \u20ac50.00<\/strong> (VAT excluded), subject to adjustment according to the ISTAT consumer price index for blue- and white-collar households (FOI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fee is annual and renews automatically, unless cancelled in writing by the Customer with at least <strong>90 days&#8217; notice<\/strong>, to be sent by registered letter with return receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The renewal will be invoiced according to the economic conditions applicable at the time of renewal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"15-manutenzione-hardware\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">15. Hardware maintenance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hardware maintenance service is subject to the exclusions set out in these terms, in particular as regards damage resulting from improper use, incorrect power supply, lack of routine maintenance, natural wear from intensive use and alteration or removal of the identification labels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"16-obblighi-del-cliente\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">16. Customer obligations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer undertakes to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><p>use the products and the software according to the instructions provided;<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p>carry out routine maintenance of the Smart Scanner;<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p>use equipment and power supply compliant with the product specifications;<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p>not tamper with or alter the device;<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p>keep the identification labels and serial numbers;<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p>provide HappyWelcome technicians with the information needed for support and for checking any technical issues.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"17-software-happywelcome\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">17. HappyWelcome software<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The HappyWelcome software is supplied as part of the purchased service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer undertakes to use the software solely for purposes related to the use of the HappyWelcome solution and in accordance with the instructions and operating procedures provided by bancor s.r.l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Software updates may be released for technical, regulatory or security reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"18-dati-degli-ospiti-e-responsabilita-del-cliente\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">18. Guest data and Customer responsibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer uses HappyWelcome in the course of its business and remains responsible for the operations carried out through the system with regard to guest data and its own obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer must use the service in compliance with the applicable regulations and the procedures established by the competent authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The actual availability and functioning of third-party portals or systems, including the authorities&#8217; portals, does not depend on bancor s.r.l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"19-disponibilita-e-integrazioni-con-sistemi-di-terzi\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">19. Availability and integrations with third-party systems<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The operation of any integrations with property management systems or other third-party systems is subject to the technical compatibility of the systems involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Changes, updates or malfunctions of third-party systems may affect the integration and its operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"20-responsabilita\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">20. Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">bancor s.r.l. provides the service and the tools according to the characteristics stated in the relevant product pages and terms of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer is responsible for the correct use of the Smart Scanner, the software and the procedures related to the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">bancor s.r.l. is not liable for disruptions arising from systems, infrastructure, portals or services of third parties not directly controlled by bancor s.r.l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"21-riservatezza\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">21. Confidentiality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commercial, technical and operational information exchanged between the parties within the contractual relationship must be treated as confidential, except as required by law or as necessary for the performance of the relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"22-privacy\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">22.
